Rustem Khamitov signed decree on measures to strengthen human resources capacity of health organizations in Bashkortostan

UFA, 17 June 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Alexander Smirnov/. The Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov signed a decree on measures to strengthen human resources capacity of medical institutions of the republic.

The document was signed in order to provide health organizations located in rural settlements in the region with highly qualified staff.

According to the decree, it is carried out a state support of paramedics, who arrived to work at medical and obstetric centres, in the form of a lump sum payment in the amount of 500 thousand rubles since January 1, 2016. In this case health care workers are required to work at the appropriate medical and obstetric centre at least five years from the date of the contract conclusion.

The Bashkortostan Government is instructed to identify sources of these costs funding, to approve the procedure and terms of lump sums payment.
