Bashkortostan National Library will receive more than 1.5 million rubles from Vladimir Putin Reserve Fund

UFA, 3 June 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The National Library named after Ahmed Zaki Validi of Bashkortostan Republic will receive 1 million 630,352 rubles from the Reserve Fund of the President of Russia. Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the allocation from the reserve fund of 50 million rubles to the state and municipal libraries for acquisition of books for children and young people in 2016. The list includes also the library of Bashkortostan.

"We waited for this decision to replenish the children's book collection with bright modern editions. The lists of necessary books, encyclopedias were compiled. We hope to buy not only books for the little ones, but also modern literature for high school students", the library director Aigul Muratova shared with Bashinform News Agency.
