920,000 ballots were delivered in Bashkiria for primaries

UFA, 12 May 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. 920,000 ballots in three languages were delivered in Bashkortostan for primaries. On the day of preliminary voting of United Russia, participants will be able to choose a ballot paper in one of the three languages.

"Bulletins are of two types: one for the party list, the second for single-member constituencies. The party aims to hold primaries openly and transparently. This indicates that the procedure will be carried out openly and honestly", the head of the Bashkortostan regional executive committee of the United Russia party Ramzil Ishsarin reports.

Nine days remain till advance voting. Now meetings of candidates with voters and debates take place, which are a prerequisite for participation in the procedure. In Bashkortostan, 107 participants of pre-voting are registered, among which 46 persons are not members of the United Russia. The main terms for participation in the preliminary voting were a lack of a criminal record, age over 21 years and absence of assets abroad.
