Vladimir Putin has promised to react to proposal on developing ways to transport infants with congenital heart disease

Regions" plenary session, which was held in Yoshkar-Ola, has promised to react to a proposal on developing ways to transport infants with congenital heart disease.

The member of the regional headquarters of the Popular Front in the Republic of Bashkortostan Alina Suleimanova told about the problem of accompanying infants with congenital heart disease to a place of rehabilitation. According to her, this is a very expensive procedure, but the regional authorities are considering transportation as inappropriate spending of budgetary funds. In this regard, it is proposed to develop ways of such children transporting accompanied by intensive care support.

"All that associated - logistics and so on - is the sphere of the regional authorities activity. But if it is considered as a misuse of money and limits the ability of regions, it is, of course, a problem that should be solved. Maybe it will not even require funds from the federal budget. I would ask my colleagues from the presidential administration to mark it. We will certainly react to it", Putin said.
