Bashkortostan parliamentarians will appreciate the activity of the Government for 2015

Report on the results of activities of Bashkortostan Government for 2015 will be considered at the plenary session of the State Assembly of the republic on March 24. The Presidium of the republican parliament adopted the agenda; it includes more than 60 questions.

The deputies will be presented a report of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Bashkortostan on observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen.

More than half of 60 questions are related to the consideration of the national draft laws. 17 projects should acquire a status of law. Among them there are amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences RB, the Law "On Local Self-Government in the Republic of Bashkortostan".

Among the important laws the speaker of the regional parliament Konstantin Tolkachev noted the amendments to the Law on Budget for 2016 and the planning period of 2017 and 2018. The revenue part of the budget is increased by 2.5 billion rubles, spending - by 2.8 billion. The bill will be adopted in three readings.

Deputies are actively introducing a civil institution of public control. In particular, one of the bills will regulate these activities in the field of roads. The changes will affect the Law "On roads and road activity".

In the first reading it is recommended to consider 14 bills. Amendments are proposed to the laws "On Culture", "On privatization of state property in the Republic of Bashkortostan".

The regional parliament of the State Assembly will consider the legislative initiative on amendments to the federal legislation.
