Bashkortostan delegation is one of the largest at the 15th Congress of the United Russia party

UFA, 5 February 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. Bashkortostan's representatives take part in the 15th Congress of the United Russia party, which opened in Moscow. According to the press service of the regional parliament, the delegation of the republic is one of the most numerous. The member of the General Council of the party, Secretary of the Regional Department, the Chairman of the State Assembly RB Konstantin Tolkachev is among the leaders of the delegation.

The work of the first phase of the Congress will take place on February 5-6 at the VDNKh venue. Its program includes discussion forums, a media forum and a plenary session.

It is expected that at the Congress it will be decided on the issues related to the conduct of the "Autumn-2016" election campaign. In particular, a procedure for pre-party voting will be discussed in detail. This is a unique case, as the United Russia gives an opportunity to almost everyone to participate in the primaries – a party or non-party citizen. Candidates’ victory will depend on their preparation and personal qualities.
