Today Vladimir Putin will deliver his Address to the Federal Assembly

Today on December 3, the Russian President Vladimir Putin will deliver his Annual Address to the Federal Assembly, which sets out his vision of the main directions of our country development for the coming year and beyond. This Address will be the 22nd in the modern Russian history and the 12th for Putin.

The Annual Address of the President will be announced at 12 am Moscow time at the St. George Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace. A live webcast will be conducted by "Russia" and "The First" TV channels.

According to TASS, in addition to parliamentarians from the State Duma and Federation Council, the members of the Government, Chairmen of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts, the Prosecutor General, the Heads of the Central Election Commission, the Accounting Chamber and the Public Chamber, regional leaders and other officials, the heads of the major faiths and representatives of mass media are invited at the event.

The duty of the President to read out the Address, which assesses the situation in the country and the main directions of domestic and foreign policy, is defined by the Constitution.
