Economic issues take priority position in Address of Head of Republic - Konstantin Tolkachev

"The leading position in the structure of speech delivered by the Head of our Republic is surely occupied by economic issues, because it is the economy, which is a foundation on which the challenges related to the cultural sphere, education, educational process will be successfully solved", Konstantin Tolkachev, the Chairman of the State Assembly RB commented on the Address of the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov.

"Much attention was paid to the prospects of our economy. It should be based on an innovative basis. The import substitution should be a focus of attention not only of the Government but also of all levels of our republican authorities", said the Speaker of the Parliament.

"We have already given instructions to Committees to analyze urgently the Address. I think that each of them will be able to provide legislative support for all major priority positions, which are reflected in this document. All of them will be embodied in practice of our law-making in 2016", said Konstantin Tolkachev.
