Konstantin Tolkachev "Toratau Mountain is one of symbols of Bashkir people"

For the population of Bashkortostan Toratau Mountain it is not just a cheap source of industrial raw materials, but one of the symbols of the Bashkir people. It was not by chance that in 2008 it participated in the contest "Seven Wonders of Russia". Such is the opinion of Konstantin Tolkachev, the Chairman of the State Assembly - Kurultay of the Republic.

At the State Assembly this topic was raised repeatedly, the overall outcome of the discussions is that other sources of natural resources should be looked for. According to Konstantin Tolkachev, the parliamentarians fully share in this matter the position of the Head of the Republic.

Konstantin Tolkachev acknowledges that there is a problem of "Bashkir Soda Company", which needs raw materials for further industrial production.

"This issue must be addressed systematically and intelligently, with more active modernization, as other large industrial enterprises operating in the republic do. The Bashkir Soda Company has all possibilities to start the formation of the necessary transport and industrial infrastructure. All of this should help to solve the issue of necessary raw materials supply for soda production in the republic", said the Chairman of the State Assembly RB.
