Bashkortostan and Pakistan are establishing business ties

UFA, 15 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. In the conference hall of Bashkortostan Plenipotentiary Mission under the President of the Russian Federation a meeting with the delegation of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan was held. A large group of representatives of business circles of this country came to Moscow with a week-long visit to establish cooperation with Russian manufacturers. They expressed a great interest in cooperation with business representatives of Bashkortostan, the head of the press centre of Bashkortostan Mission in Moscow Gulchachak Hannanova informs.
The delegation led by the head of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) Sheikh Muhammad Munir also included the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Russia Zaheer Aslam Janjua and the Deputy Ambassador, Acting Commercial Counsellor Shahid Ata Ul Munim, the director of the European office TDAP Abdul Karim Memon, Chairman of the Pakistan-Russia Business Council of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) Muhammad Farooq Afzal, and others. In addition, the representatives of the companies Al-Waha Egg Products, Tabani Trading International, Adnan Enterprises, United Traders, Gaziani Trade & Industries, FA International, Arzoo Textile Mills, Marhaba Laboratories and others, representing textile, medical, agricultural industry, import and export of food products came to the Bashkortostan Mission.
As the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Russia Zaheer Aslam Janjua informs, he was one of the initiators of the meeting, as this year in preparation for the SCO and BRICS Summits in Ufa he made three visits to Bashkortostan and personally saw the possibilities of the republic in the field of international trade and investment cooperation. The Deputy Plenipotentiary Envoy of Bashkortostan under the President of the Russian Federation Oleg Matytsin and other members of the Mission reported about them in more detail. The parties agreed in the near future to continue work on establishing business ties between Pakistan and Bashkortostan.
