Turnout in the elections was 73.52% in Bashkortostan - Haidar Valeev

UFA, 14 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The turnout by 20.00 on September 13, in the elections in Bashkortostan was 73.52% of the total number of voters included in the lists. Preliminary results of the single voting day were reported at a briefing by the head of the Central Election Commission of the Republic Haidar Valeev. Total votes were 964,956.
2342 polling stations were operated in the republic. All of them, according to Haidar Valeev, were equipped with transparent and semitransparent stationary ballot boxes. It was involved over 17 thousand members of election commissions with decisive votes.
Sharan, Karmaskaly, Kugarchy, Blagovar regions were leaders in the turnout in the republic. From 88 to 93% voted in these municipalities.
The head of the Central Election Commission spoke about the "hot line" operation. Total 10 complaints about violations were received, including two - from the Russian Central Electoral Commission and the Prosecutor's Office. According to Haidar Valeev, complaints were connected with violation of the campaigning rules, early voting and conducting photo and video shooting. All the facts are being checked by law enforcement officials.
