Bashkortostan is fully ready to conduct a Single Voting Day - Sergey Molchanov

UFA, 11 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. Bashkortostan is fully ready to conduct a Single Voting Day. Polling stations are prepared in compliance with all requirements, security measures are ensured. This was stated by the Chief of Administration of the Head of the Republic Sergey Molchanov at videoconferencing with the organizers of the elections. The videoconferencing was conducted by the CEC Chairman RB Haidar Valeev.

On September 13, residents of all municipal districts of the republic, except for Beloretsk, will elect deputies of the Councils of rural settlements. Also, elections will be held to the Councils of the two towns - Priyutovo and Chishmy. Additionally, two deputies of the State Assembly RB from Tuimazy and Kumertau constituencies will be elected. Ufa residents will elect one deputy of the City Council. Total, according to Sergey Molchanov, 784 electoral campaigns are held in Bashkortostan.

"7310 deputies’ seats are competed for. More than 15 thousand candidates claim for them,” noted the importance of the forthcoming elections the Chief of Administration of the Head of the Republic.

Sergey Molchanov marked that 11 political parties had nominated their candidates. The majority of political parties participating in the elections signed an Agreement on political and moral principles of the election campaign. According to Sergey Molchanov, "it testifies to the fact that political processes in the republic are stable and are going in the right direction".
