11 political parties are involved in municipal elections in Bashkortostan

UFA, 7 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. In Bashkortostan more than nine thousand representatives of 11 parties take part in the local elections. This was reported at a meeting with journalists in the run-up to the voting day by the head of the Central Election Commission RB Haidar Valeev.

According to the Chairman of the Central Election Commission RB, more than seven thousand candidates were registered by the United Russia political party, over 600 - by the Communist Party, almost 400 candidates represent the Liberal Democratic Party, and 300 - Patriots of Russia, more than 250 - the Just Russia party, three - Yabloko.

For the first time five parties which together registered 156 candidates will be involved in the elections of representative bodies of local self-government. Three of them were involved in the nomination and registration of candidates for election to the State Assembly in 2013. This is the "Russian Party of Pensioners for Justice" in the Republic of Bashkortostan - 73 candidates, "Alliance of Greens and Social Democrats" – 65, "Russian Ecological Party" The Greens "- 12. Four candidates were registered from the "Party of Pensioners of Russia ", two – from "Defenders of the Fatherland".
