Entrepreneurs will have more freedoms in Bashkortostan

UFA, 16 June 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. Bashkortostan legislators create conditions to increase the level of freedoms of entrepreneurs. The corresponding bill will be considered at the final plenary session of the spring session of the State Assembly RB on June 25.

The draft law "On industrial policy in the Republic of Bashkortostan" is based on the federal law. It presents a framework for key instruments of industrial policy. It systemizes incentives for industrial activities, defines the powers of state bodies and local authorities in the implementation of industrial policy.

The Chairman of the State Assembly Konstantin Tolkachev notes that the bill is quite promising and will be a basis of conditions creating for entrepreneurs’ development, of increasing their freedom. Prior to the adoption of the federal law, there was no comprehensive legislative instrument regulating the relations between legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, public authorities and local governments in forming and implementing industrial policy in Russia.
