This initiative was made by Russia. It is about giving impetus to cooperation of states within the SCO, more efficient operation for the next ten years. This document is a conceptual one, special attention is paid to its preparation. A similar document will be submitted for consideration at the BRICS Summit - Strategy of Economic Partnership until 2020, which would detail the roadmap of investment cooperation", Rustem Khamitov said in an interview to the "Expert-Ural" magazine.

In addition, the Head of the Republic explained why Ufa was chosen to host such large-scale forums, gave an assessment of the preparation level for the Summits, stressed the importance of the International Forum "Big Chemistry", which is held in Ufa for the fifth time, and shared perspectives of tourism infrastructure development in Bashkortostan.
