Elections took place in Kazakhstan honestly, openly and without violations - member of Bashkiria CEC

UFA, 27 April 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Alim Faizov/. The current President Nursultan Nazarbayev won early presidential elections in Kazakhstan with 97.7 percent of the vote. The final national turnout was 95.22 percent.
The second place went to a Communist Turgun Syzdykov, who gained 1.6 percent. Abelgazi Kusainov received 0.7 percent of the vote.
As the member of Bashkortostan CEC, the member of the republican delegation in the CIS Observation Mission Rishat Lukmanov said, voting in Kazakhstan was held transparently, honestly, openly and without violations, in accordance with the electoral legislation. The observers were provided with all the conditions for the smooth monitoring of the electoral process at all stages of voting. Almost all polling stations were monitored by the voting proxies; there were about 30 thousand of them. Throughout the day, the CEC provided timely information on voter turnout, the press service of the Central Election Commission RB informs.
According to Rishat Lukmanov, elections organizers from Bashkortostan visited 33 polling stations in the regional centre of Almaty region. In general, in this region, there are 945 thousand 708 voters, 883 polling stations were arranged.
On Monday, April 27, a briefing of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place, during which the Chairman of the Central Election Commission Kuandik Turgankulov announced the final results of the voter turnout in the elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the preliminary results of the elections.
The Central Election Commission shall establish the final results of the elections no later than May 3, 2015.
