UFA, 22 April 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. Russian government increased the amount of budget credits to the subjects of the Federation from 150 billion to 310 billion rubles. This measure was included in the plan of priority measures for 2015. The funds will be used to balance regional budgets and reduce the cost of commercial loans. This was stated by the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, while making the annual report to the State Duma on his activities.
The Prime Minister stressed that "local leaders themselves should make every effort to strengthen financial stability".
According to the Prime Minister, accurate and timely execution of regional plans and the government's plan of priority measures will make it possible to run the best mechanisms supporting the real sector in the regions. These support mechanisms should ensure that the money will not go to the foreign exchange market, and will be actually invested in promising new businesses.
