Konstantin Tolkachev told about the republican parliament development at Bashkir Academy of Public Service

The Bashkir Academy of Public Service and Management hosted a meeting with the Chairman of the State Assembly - Kurultay RB Konstantin Tolkachev. The conversation took place as part of the academic discussion club «Parlamentarium» and was devoted to the 20th anniversary of the State Assembly of Bashkortostan.

Konstantin Tolkachev told about the history of parliamentarism development, analyzed the main stages of development of the republican parliament in the context of Russian political events.

The Chairman of the State Assembly emphasized the fact that it took quite a long time for the parliament to find its own position in the society. As a result, the current state of the public mechanism gives reasons to say that there is separation of powers in our country.

During the meeting, students, undergraduates and staff of the Academy could ask the Speaker of the republican parliament topical social and political issues.
