Rustem Khamitov delivered a report on performance of Bashkortostan Government in 2014

UFA, 27 March 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Iliya Spiridonov/. On March 26, at the House of the State Assembly - Kurultay RB the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov presented a report on the performance of the republican Government in 2014.

According to Rustem Khamitov, the consolidated budget received 165.8 billion rubles last year, which was 7.6 percent higher than in 2013. The republic fully complied with its obligations to implement the "May" decrees of the President of Russia. 2.5 billion rubles were directed to increase the salaries of public sector employees. More than 5 billion rubles of federal funds were attracted.

The gross regional product increased by 1.5 percent and amounted to 1 trillion 344 billion rubles in 2014. In the ten regions with a maximum of GRP our republic in terms of its growth took the second place in the country, by 2.5 times exceeding the average rate.

“Today we need a more balanced and responsible approach to the priorities in activity of all authorities, systematically organize work on their implementation, increase return on investment,” the Head of the Region said.

Rustem Khamitov outlined the results of 2014 in the field of industry, construction, agriculture, spoke about the implementation of investment projects, measures to support small and medium-sized enterprises, preparations to the SCO and BRICS Summits, announced the results of work in the field of social and youth policy, health, education, culture and sports.

The effectiveness of the work carried out by the Government of the republic is supported also by federal ratings. Thus, in assessment quality of regulatory impact and expert reviews Bashkortostan is in the tenth place in the rating of the Ministry of Economic Development, in public-private partnership it has risen from 51th to 11th place. Ufa won the first place in the environmental rating of the Ministry of Ecology RF. In the national rating of procurement transparency our region took the third place having received the highest rating - "Guaranteed Transparency". The "Expert" rating agency refers the republic to the ten regions with maximum investment potential and minimum economic risks.
