Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov acquainted with work of Bizhbulyak Bakery

UFA, 15 January 2015. /Bashinform News Agency/. "Bizhbulyak Bakery" consumer society became another point of the working trip of the leader of the republic Rustem Khamitov. The plant consists of bakery and confectionery shops, soft drinks shop, catering, shop for fish salting. Its staff includes 77 employees.

The Director of Bakery Alexander Osipov said that currently the company produced more than 100 names of bakery and confectionery products. Its capacity is 500 tons of different sorts of bread per year. The selling price for a 600-gram loaf of wheat or rye bread is 17.5 rubles. Round-the-clock working hours allows providing local people with fresh produce.

The Head of Bashkortostan visited an exposition of manufactured products, and discussed problems of local producers due to rise in raw materials prices, including imported ones.
