Legislative initiative of Bashkortostan parliament was approved by the President of Russia

UFA, 24 December 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. Amendments to the federal law "On additional guarantees for the social support of orphans and children left without parental care" developed by Bashkortostan parliamentarians came into force. The Russian President Vladimir Putin signed amendments to the existing regulatory act.

The legislative innovation is the following - employment services will carry out vocational guidance, vocational training, continuing professional education and employment of orphans and children left without parental care.

The law was passed by the State Duma on December 12 and approved by the Federation Council on December 17. Recall that the deputies of the State Assembly of Bashkortostan submitted two bills as a legislative initiative to the State Duma. The second innovation amends Article 14 of the Federal Law "On prevention of child neglect and juvenile delinquency". The project brings the law enforcement terms for prevention of child neglect in line with the concepts used in the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation." The initiative has already been approved by the State Duma in all three readings.
