Mikhail Babich: "The best SCO and BRICS Summits will be held in Ufa"

UFA, 17 December 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Catherine Sokolova/. In Ufa the best SCO and BRICS Summits will be held. This was announced at the traditional meeting with the heads and chief editors of the Volga region by the Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich responding to a question from the "Republic of Bashkortostan" newspaper.

“The region is rendered maximum assistance in preparation for the Summits,” the Envoy marked. “The committee to prepare for the SCO and BRICS Summits is established. It includes a federal component, a regional component and private business, which deals with hotel facilities, service facilities. The federal budget fulfills all its obligations. In the coming days, the head of the republic will report on the preparations for the Summits. Until June all works will be finalized, everything will be ready on schedule. Most importantly, it will be the best SCO and BRICS Summits.”

The meeting with representatives of the Volga media with Mikhail Babich was held in Nizhny Novgorod on December 16. It was attended by 47 editors. Bashkortostan was presented at the meeting by Shamil Valeev, the chief editor of Bashinform News Agency and Guzel Nabieva, the head of political department of the "Republic of Bashkortostan" newspaper.
