Russian President proposed to freeze the existing tax environment for four years

UFA, 4 December 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Catherine Sokolova/. Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed to freeze the current tax environment for the next four years, and set aside this issue.
“It is necessary to implement the decisions already taken on the tax burden,” the President said in his Annual Address. “First of all, it relates those who are just beginning their work. Two-year tax holidays will be given for small businesses that are registered for the first time. Also production enterprises designed from scratch will receive benefits.”
In addition, Vladimir Putin proposed to provide supervisory holidays for small businesses.
“If a company has acquired a solid reputation and it has no significant complaints for three years, it is recommended not to conduct state and municipal routine checks for the next three years. Of course, it does not include emergencies when there is threat to health and lives of people,” the head of the state said.
Announcement of the Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly is held in St. George's Hall in the Kremlin. There are about 1,100 attendees at the ceremony.
