Rustem Khamitov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tajikistan to Russia Imomuddin Sattorov

On December 3, the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tajikistan in the Russian Federation Imomuddin Sattorov at the House of the Republic, the press service of the head of the region informs .

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov told about a working group creation targeted to bring new results of cooperation in 2015. He also mentioned about a possibility to organise several business missions.

Imomuddin Sattorov introduced the new Consul General of Tajikistan in Ufa Olimkhon Shamsov, which has already started his work. He also conveyed greetings from the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and informed about the preparation of visit of the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of agriculture Murodali Alimardon to Ufa.

“We look forward to intensive bilateral economic ties establishment with Bashkortostan Republic,” the Ambassador stated.

He also expressed his gratitude to Rustem Khamitov from the Government of Tajikistan for support of its citizens having an opportunity to live and work in Bashkortostan.

According to him, the Ufa administration has already issued approval on allocation of a land plot for construction of a multi-facility, which will include the consulate, cultural and shopping centres.

“You have been to Dushanbe and seen that we have good architects. We are ready to build a beautiful building in the oriental style. It would be nice to lay the first stone and give a start to the construction of the centre at the time of the President of Tajikistan visit to Ufa at the SCO Summit,” the diplomat said.
