Vladimir Putin has imposed a ban on publication of explosives making instructions

UFA, 26 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The Federal Law On the Media and the Russian Federation Administrative Offences Code were amended to prohibit the dissemination of content in the media and through telecommunications networks containing instructions on making homemade explosive substances and devices and also to provide administrative liability for violating the prohibition and rules on the circulation of explosive substances and devices. The corresponding document was signed by the Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The President also offered amendments to the Criminal Code, aimed at improving the efficacy of countering the unlawful circulation of explosive substances and devices. In particular, the amendments include increasing of criminal liability.
