According to the parliamentarian, despite a reduction trend of recent years in number of libraries due to objective reasons, the network is retained and retained purposefully. It relates especially to rural areas, where a library, along with a school, is a major educational and cultural centre. This mission of library institutions is clearly recognised by municipal and regional authorities. "Library Life" is very productive and active in almost all regions where the project is implemented. It is full of numerous and interesting projects and creativity.
