Rustem Khamitov: "We shouldn’t separate federal, regional and local powers. All of them make an integral system"

UFA, 12 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Iliya Spiridonov/. On November 12, at the House of Government of Bashkortostan Republic the President RB Rustem Khamitov attended a meeting chaired by the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich, where newly appointed Chief Federal Inspector in the Republic of Bashkortostan Andrey Chechevatov was presented.
The meeting was attended by the members of the Government RB, deputies of the State Assembly - Kurultay RB, heads of major cities, heads of territorial divisions of the federal bodies of executive power, leaders of traditional religions of the region and representatives of leading national mass media.
Mikhail Babich thanked the former Chief Federal Inspector in the Republic of Bashkortostan Peter Kapishnikov, who was relieved of his duties in connection with reaching him the retirement age, for his excellent work.
According to the Russian Presidential Envoy to the Volga Federal District, Andrey Chechevatov is an experienced highly qualified professional who can effectively solve tasks set for him.
The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov wished the new Chief Federal Inspector in the Republic successful work.
“This post is quite complicated, responsible and significant. Certainly, I want the interaction of the regional authorities and territorial structures of federal executive bodies go on increasingly. If we work jointly, we will resolve all our issues. We shouldn’t separate federal, regional and local powers. All of them make an integral system”, Rustem Khamitov said.
Answering journalists' questions, Mikhail Babich named socio-economic and political matters among the priorities to be addressed by the new Chief Federal Inspector in the republic.
