Khaidar Valeev presents Bashkortostan experience at the All-Russian Forum on referendums organization

UFA, 12 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The III All-Russian Research Conference on "Referendum and elections as the highest form of direct democracy in Russia" opened in Moscow. The Forum venue is Moscow State Regional University. Bashkortostan is represented by the Chairman of the Central Election Commission RB Khaidar Valeev. The conference is attended by the members of the CEC of Russia Siyabshah Shapiev and Boris Ebzeev.

As part of the All-Russian Forum a round table discussion on issues of law enforcement practice in electoral legislation improvement will be conducted. The program includes a presentation of the book "The elections in the Moscow region at the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Members of the City Duma. Volume 1 "and a round table at the Regional Access Centre to Information Resources of Boris Yeltsin’s Presidential Library.

On November 14, a round table conference will be held in the Moscow Regional Duma, devoted to the problems of organizing and holding elections, when combined voting at regional and municipal elections. The Forum will be closed with a large cultural program.
