7335 deputy’s seats will be renewed in Bashkortostan in 2015

UFA, 7 November 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. In Bashkortostan, powers of deputies of councils of 772 rural settlements and two towns - Belebey and Chishmy expire in 2015. Total, it is planned replacement of 7335 seats in 2015. Tasks for the forthcoming election campaign were announced at an enlarged meeting of the Central Election Commission of Bashkortostan on Friday, November 7.

“These elections will not be easy”, the Head of the Presidential Administration of Bashkortostan Sergey Molchanov considers. “Competition among candidates will develop in the constituencies. Electoral commissions will have to carry out a lot of work.”

In 2016, elections to the State Duma of the VII convocation will be conducted. They will be held on a proportional-majority election system where a part of the deputies will be elected from party lists, and others - from single-seat constituencies.
