Rustem Khamitov made his annual address to the State Assembly RB

UFA, 30 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov made his annual address to the deputies of the State Assembly - Kurultay RB. In his fifth speech to the republican parliament Rustem Khamitov outlined main directions of Bashkortostan development in the coming year and in the long term.

Quality of life improving, further development of Bashkortostan as one of the leaders of economic and social development of the country have always been and remain the keynotes of all addresses of the current President of the republic.

Opening his speech, the head of the region noted that achievements of our republic were the result of efforts of several generations of hard-working people.

“Workers are the main driving force of the economy. It is their professionalism, their competence, knowledge and skills that form a foundation for sustainable economic and social well-being”, Rustem Khamitov said.

According to Rustem Khamitov, the beginning of the 21st century is the time for the new "consolidation of the country, strengthening of its economic power and social policy ".

“A special role of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin should be marked. It is largely due to his political will that the strategy of the state strengthening is being consistently implemented.”
