Bashkortostan President instructed the Government RB to develop an inter-industry balance of the region

UFA, 30 October 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Catherine Sokolova/. The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov in his annual address to the State Assembly RB charged social and economic blocs of the government of the republic with developing an inter-industry balance of the region and making a forecast of future demand for all major specialists in the long term.

“It is projected that in the next few years the working-age population will decrease in the republic,” the head of the region said. “On this basis it is necessary to plan competently our human resources management activities.”

The forecast requested by Rustem Khamitov should be made taking into account the opening of new businesses, closing of inefficient productions, implementation of investment projects, as well as demographic changes.
