Senator from Bashkiria Raphael Zinurov met with the youth delegation of Palestine

UFA, 10 September 2014. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. The Upper House of the Federal Assembly was visited by the delegation of youth organizations and regulatory bodies of the Palestinian Authority. The delegation was greeted by the member of the Federation Council from the Republic of Bashkortostan, the member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs Raphael Zinurov.

The visit took place within the framework of the agreement on cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Palestinian Authority. The delegation included representatives of the youth movement of the political party Fatah, the friendship society "Russia - Palestine", as well as the union of cultural workers. Many members of the delegation were educated in the Russian Federation.

Guests primarily were interested in the issues of cooperation and strengthening of ties between Russia and Palestine in all fields. In the discussion a special attention was paid to issues of foreign policy - the situation in Ukraine and the Middle East.
