Free Wi-Fi will be available only on identity document in Russia
The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree prohibiting anonymous access to the internet in restaurants, subways, parks and other public places. To enter the network user will be required to specify his surname, first name and other relevant data of the document proving his identity.
The Internet provider will capture the unique number of the device from which you are connected to the Internet. These data will be stored for six months and will be made available at the request of law enforcement authorities.
