The Head of the Central Bank, native of Ufa, Elvira Nabiullina is among the most influential women in the world. She took the 72nd place in the ranking of the "Forbes" magazine. The list for the ninth time is headed by the German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Janet Yellen debuted in the rating on the second place. In early 2014 she took the lead over the U.S. Federal Reserve.
