Irek Yalalov: "A fine of 100 thousand rubles for legal entities - it is not enough"

In Ufa penalties for violators of city accomplishment regulations will be increased, the head of the city administration Irek Yalalov said at a briefing session at the City Hall.

“From year to year we have the same violators”, the mayor said. “So the registry of willful violators should be formed. Penalties should be real, not symbolic. In my opinion, 100,000 rubles – it is not enough. Everyone wants to live in Europe, but they not to stir a finger for this.”

Draft amendments to the Code of Administrative Violations will be developed by deputies of the State Assembly RB.

In the neighboring cities - Kazan and Yekaterinburg there are fines for legal entities in the amount of up to 100 thousand rubles. Practice has shown that such sanctions have a positive effect on the appearance of the city.
