Rustem Khamitov’s rating remains high

Civil Society Development Foundation (FoRGO) by Konstantin Kostin supported by a team of experts prepared the second integral rating of governors, according to «Izvestiya». When evaluating their work sociology data, economic indicators of the region, evaluation of the regional head by the federal and regional media and opinion of the expert community were taken into consideration. The "Public Opinion" Fund, the Federal State Statistics Service and the National Monitoring Service also participated in the rating preparation. As in the first study, the governors were divided into four groups according to their indicators: "very highly rated", "highly rated", "average", "below average rating".

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov still has high rating taking the 27-30th position with 72 points, having improved his positions by three points compared with the first rating.
