By the end of 2015 Bashkiria will solve a housing problem of 1850 orphans - Konstantin Tolkatchev

In Bashkortostan, by the end of 2015 it is planned to solve a housing problem of 1850 orphans. The issue is being solved under the republican program "Providing the housing for orphans and children left without parental care for 2013-2015". About 1.5 billion rubles are allocated for its implementation.

According to the speaker of the republican parliament Konstantin Tolkachev, due to the implementation of the program providing with housing grew by several times for the last years.

“If in 2010 239 orphans were granted housing, in 2013 - already 704 orphans. Solution of the housing problem of orphans is accompanied with measures to prevent violations of the law, deception by "black realtors", Konstantin Tolkachev says.

Among recent support measures the speaker named a draft law adopted in the first reading at the last session of the State Assembly that gave orphans and children left without parental care the right to repair the dwelling at the expense of the republican budget.
