It is offered to name the President of Bashkortostan as the head of the republic

The draft law "On amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Bashkortostan", according to which the position of the regional leader will be renamed was adopted at the plenary meeting of the republican parliament in the first reading by a majority of vote on 26 December. The initiative was presented by the Chairman of the Constitutional Court RB Luciya Gumerova. In her report the head of the department marked that the draft law introduced amendments to a number of articles of the Constitution of the republic. Among them there was renaming the highest official of the subject of the Russian Federation in accordance with the federal law from 28 December 2010. The draft law proposes to name the highest official position RB as "the Head of Bashkortostan Republic".
