More than 75 million rubles were spent during the election campaign to the State Assembly RB

Expenditures of election funds from all regional offices and candidates totaled 120 million rubles. The Control and Auditing Service CEC RB summed up the results of work for the election of deputies to the State Assembly - Kurultay-RB of the fifth convocation.

As the CEC explains, 5.3 million rubles were spent to the election propaganda through television and radio broadcasting organizations, 9.6 million rubles through the editorial bodies of periodicals. The largest flow was accounted for the production and distribution of printed and other propaganda materials - 75.4 million rubles, that is 62 percent of total expenditures.

According to the Chairman of the Auditing Service Nailya Altynova 1.3 million rubles were spent to hold public events, 135 thousand rubles - for other works performed by legal persons or citizens of the Russian Federation under the contracts. Other expenditures directly related to the election campaign amounted to 21.8 million rubles.

Recall that acceptance and verification of final financial reports from 12 regional branches of political parties participating in the elections to the State Assembly RB is finished. Financial reports of candidates are analyzed. No violations in the accumulation and spending of election funds of the regional branches of political parties were found on the audit results.
