Vladimir Putin will make an address to the Federal Assembly

On December 12, on the date of the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of Russia, the President Vladimir Putin will deliver his annual address to the Federal Assembly. This document expresses the President’s vision of the situation in the country and the main directions of domestic and foreign policy.
The next address of the head of the state to the parliament will be announced in the St. George Hall of the Kremlin at 12:00 Moscow time in the presence of more than one thousand guests. Among the participants of the event are deputies and senators, members of the government, heads of the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court and the Court of Arbitration, regional leaders, chairmen of legislative assemblies of the subjects, heads of traditional faiths, public figures, heads of major media.
As Dmitry Peskov, the presidential press secretary told the channel "Russia 24", Vladimir Putin's speech will take about an hour.
