Rustem Khamitov discussed with the Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank of Moscow a program of apartment houses’ major repairs

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov and the Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Moscow, Mikhail Kouzovlev discussed the bank's ability to work with a regional operator in the new system of apartment buildings’ major repairs.

The Bank has developed a complex program of work with the entire chain of the program participants: a regional operator, homeowners associations, as well as contractors.

“Results of the first year of cooperation in the framework of the agreement signed a year ago were summed up at the meeting with Rustem Khamitov”, Mikhail Kouzovlev said. “Among the completed projects is funding for affordable housing in Ufa, support of the municipal enterprise servicing heating grid, electric transport programs, projects in the field of energy saving. The total amount of funding is more than 1.3 billion rubles.”

The Bank of Moscow has prepared a special product: an account for regional operator of capital repairs, homeowners will be able to dispose of the accumulated funds and control costs.

The regional operator is created by a subject of the Russian Federation in the form of a legal entity. It should be noted that all funds transferred into the account of the regional operator can be used only for major repairs.
