Deputies of the State Assembly approved the budget of Bashkortostan Republic for 2014-2016

Parliamentarians adopted the law "On the budget of Bashkortostan Republic in 2014 and the planning period of 2015 and 2016" at the plenary session of the State Assembly - Kurultay RB. The corresponding draft law was adopted in the second and third reading. A report on this issue was made by Ruzaliya Khismatullina, the Chairman of the Committee on budget, tax, investment policy and territorial development.

Taking into account the amendments the revenue part of 2014 is 123.9 billion rubles, expenditures - 138.9 billion rubles, the deficit is 15 billion rubles that is by 3 billion rubles less than in the previous version. In 2015, the amount of revenues is planned at 124.4 billion rubles, expenditures - 137.4 billion rubles, the 13 billion rubles deficit will be reduced by 1 billion. In 2016 revenues are estimated at 134.3 billion rubles, expenditures – at 143.3 billion rubles, the deficit will remain at 9 billion rubles.

Another group of amendments made by the regional Government is associated with the adoption of a number of legal acts regarding approval and renaming of the state programs and making appropriate corrections to the functional, departmental and target-oriented spending structure of the budget without changing the total volume. The law provides funds for the 21 state programs.

The third group of amendments is conditioned by the adoption of certain legal acts, in accordance with which the list of non-profit organizations, recipients of grants is corrected. The total amount of subsidies is not changed.
