Vladimir Putin’s large press conference is scheduled for December 19
An annual large press conference of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin is scheduled for December 19. An accreditation of journalists is opened, the presidential press service informs.
This will be the ninth largest meeting with Russian journalists and foreign media. The first press conference was held in 2000, and the last - on December 20, 2012.
Last year, the President spoke to the media not in the Kremlin but at the Moscow World Trade Centre. The last meeting with journalists was marked by the "Law of Dima Yakovlev". According to ITAR - TASS, the eighth press conference lasted 4 hours, 33 minutes, 1226 Russian and foreign journalists were accredited at the event.
