The Chairman of the City Council of Ufa Eugene Semivelichenko within one month went up by three positions in the media rating of heads of capitals in the Volga Federal District. These data are published by "Medialogy" rating company conducting its research on the basis of media monitoring.

Eugene Semivelichenko’s popularity gradually increased over the last few months. In July and August, he took the 11th place out of 14 possible. In September, he was the ninth. And by the end of October he appeared on the sixth position with media index 156.64, having moved three positions up. He was ahead of the leaders of cities such as Ulyanovsk, Izhevsk, Orenburg, Kirov, Penza, Cheboksary, Saransk, Yoshkar-Ola. The rating leader once again was the head of Kazan Ilsur Metshin. The Top 3 also included the head of Nizhny Novgorod, Oleg Sorokin and the head of Perm Igor Sapko.
