Bashkiria parliamentarians intend to reserve land for social housing construction

At the meeting of the Committee of the Republican Parliament on Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources, deputies reviewed a number of topical issues related to amendments to the laws of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Most of the proposed amendments are related to the federal law. Among them, the draft law "On Amendments to the Code of Bashkortostan Republic on Mineral Resources" and the draft law "On Amendments to Article 6 of the Law of Bashkortostan Republic "On seed breeding in the Republic of Bashkortostan". Both bills are proposed for consideration in the first reading.

Another bill discussed at the meeting of the Committee relates to the reservation of land for public use. This is the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of Bashkortostan Republic "On regulation of land relations in the Republic of Bashkortostan". The proposed amendments will allow reserving land where housing development and construction of health, education, sports facilities are planned under various state and local programs.

The President of the Republic set a task "On making proposals for creation of national and municipal reserve land for construction of economy-class housing, including rental and social housing".

The initiative was recommended for inclusion in the agenda of the meeting of the Presidium of the republican parliament for further consideration in the first reading.
