Republican parliament session is held in Ufa

In Ufa the second session of the State Assembly - Kurultay of Bashkortostan Republic of the fifth convocation is held. The agenda included 45 questions.

Six regional draft laws will be adopted in the final reading. Among them there are amendments to the law "On regulation of land relations in the Republic of Bashkortostan", "On transport tax" and "On definition and establishment of consumer goods basket and minimum living wage in the Republic of Bashkortostan."

The latest bill assumes an increase in the minimum living wage of pensioners in 2014 to 6070 rubles (5690 rubles in 2013) for determining the amount of social payments to the pension.

Amendments to the law "On transport tax" assume a 20 percent reduction of tax rate of car owners using natural gas as a motor fuel.

For the first time 19 legislative initiatives are presented to the deputies. The parliamentarians will consider amendments to the laws relating to the work of the Commissions for Minors Affairs, road safety, fishing and preservation of aquatic bio-resources, tax system.

A package of budget documents will be considered separately. The revenue side of the republican budget is defined as total of 109.6 billion rubles, the expenditure side of the budget as 127.6 billion rubles; deficit will make 18 billion rubles in 2014.
