Zugura Rakhmatullina: «Bashkortostan has wide experience in presentation of its culture in regions and abroad»

Zugura Rakhmatullina, the deputy from Bashkortostan, the Vice-Chairman of Committee of the State Duma for Culture took part in the Organizing committee meeting devoted to preparation and carrying out of Days of Turkish Culture «Rhythms of Turkey» in Moscow in May, 2014. It has taken place in Istanbul.

According to the Member of Parliament, Bashkortostan has wealth of experience in presenting our multinational Bashkortostan culture not only in Russian regions, but also abroad, and also in arranging similar events. In particular, in Turkey, Istanbul, the Bashkir holiday "Sabantuy" is held annually. Lately the republic presented its culture and arts in Chuvash Republic, Kazakhstan, at UNESCO headquarters in Paris.

As part of the Days of Turkish Culture performances of leading dancing teams, pop stars, a theatrical performance, a meeting with actors of TV series «Magnificent Century», a photo-exhibition of A.Guler, the Turkish world famous press photographer are planned in Moscow. Muscovites will be able to see an exhibition of national arts and crafts, to buy souvenir products, to taste Turkish cuisine and many other things.
