Rustem Khamitov takes part in the State Council meeting on increasing budgetary expenses efficiency

Today, on October 4, Vladimir Putin holds a State Council meeting on increasing budgetary expenses efficiency in Kremlin. The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov takes part in its work.

Participants of the meeting will pay a special attention to working out clear criteria to estimate expenses efficiency in budgets of various levels, increasing transparency of regional and local budgets, the press-service of the head of the state informs.

Possibilities to perfect the system of state purchase contracts and the conditions necessary for financial management improvement in enforcement authorities and the state (municipal) establishments will be considered.

The budget of 2014-2016 introduced in the State Duma past Monday, is made taking into account budgetary regulations, and also a program approach to supervise its execution efficiency. Current practice procedures will be generalised and a number of measures on further efficiency increase of budgetary appropriations will be offered at the State Council meeting.
