First meeting of republican parliament of the new convocation takes place in Ufa

The first meeting of the State Assembly – Kurultay of Bashkortostan Republic of the fifth convocation has begun in Ufa. The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov takes part in it. The agenda includes 10 issues.

At the first meeting people’s representatives will elect the Chairman of the State Assembly - Kurultay RB, will form permanent committees, will consider a nominee for vesting with powers of a member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly RF – the representative from Kurultay RB of the fifth convocation.

As part of the plenary meeting the Credentials Committee of the republican parliament, the Commission on Deputy Ethics, on Awards of the State Assembly will be formed.

Members of the parliament also should adopt the Resolution «On suggested program of law-drafting activities of the State Assembly – Kurultay of Bashkortostan Republic of the fifth convocation».
