United Russia members from Bashkiria take part in a conference devoted to the 20th anniversary of the Russian Constitution

The second research and practice conference on the subject «20 years of the Constitution of Russia: institutes of law-governed state, civil society and legislative process» takes place these days in Moscow.

The social platform of "United Russia" at support of regional branches of the party has organised the subject discussion in eight regions of Russia including Bashkortostan, ER.RU informs.

In parallel with Moscow discussions on the given subject were organised in Bashkortostan, in Kuban, in Khabarovsk, the Primorie and Altay Territories, Karachaevo-Circassia, Kareliya and Dagestan. Participants have considered questions of strengthening of the Russian federal status, the contents and problems of implementation of the main law of our country, perfection of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

Participation of civil society in increase of an expertise role and openness of legislative process in regions of Russia became one of the main topics at discussion.
